In an era where reports and estimates are rising that the President of Iran will have nuclear EMP capable missiles by the end of 2011, it is prudent that since a sneak attack on the USA is a significant desire on his part, all should have passports in hand to avoid the effects of an EMP highly likely to impact all of the USA, Canada, and Mexico with the updated Shahab-3 at half load weight, since it may take a long lead time to obtain them and there just might not be that much time.
