As a Pastor, you are dedicated to the growth of your flock, yes? You spend time in your Bible, always searching for a sermon topic all through the week, answering people’s questions from the scriptures, making Scriptures pretty much forefront in your daily life, yes?

They DESPERATELY need to glean MORE to deal with career, family, diligence, goal setting, planning, follow through on details, sharing, and caring! The question is, how connected are YOU with the work-a-day world? Now, a bi-vocational Pastor is more connected than one who is in the full-time and fully paid ministry, but even so, there is still that driving need to prepare sermons, answer questions, and the like that non-pastors do not have.

What would HELP you is to have the perspective of someone MUCH lower on the scale of work-a-day than you, and MUCH higher on the ’success’ scale than you, and learn from them how GOD makes up the difference for HIS glory! THAT kind of a person, with that kind of a message, who tells your flock that it’s through Bible Study they will connect better to Christ the root of ALL success, and who can point to concrete examples as well as scriptures too, that IS the person whom YOU need to help YOU, and YOUR flock! Think about this please.

Have YOU ever been so poor you had to donate blood to eat? Have YOU ever been changed into a repeat million maker by God so HIS glory would be told to all the nations?
